Fostering new talent
Charles Vögele works hard to allow young people to enter the exciting professional world of the clothing industry, and thus to actively promote young talent. Around 390 trainees were employed by Charles Vögele in 2013. Charles Vögele guarantees challenging and exciting training and passes on a broad range of knowledge.
Charles Vögele promotes new talent by providing places on basic vocational training courses in the fields of administration and management, retailing and logistics. There are various career paths open to these young people on completion of their basic training.
