Europe's biggest consumer study: Reader’s Digest reveals the most trusted brands in 16 European countries.

 

For the eleventh year in a row, Europe's most widely read magazine has discovered which brands are most trusted by consumers in 16 different European countries. More than 33,000 people, including 1,700 in Switzerland, answered the "Reader’s Digest European Trusted Brands 2011" questionnaire. In Switzerland, the 35 product categories – from banks to hair-care to writing implements – were once again dominated by classic brands like NIVEA, Kellogg’s, Swisscom, Visa, Nokia, Kuoni, Die Mobiliar, Charles Vögele, Ricola, Lindt & Sprüngli, Whiskas und Elmex. In the category of personal computers the winner was for the first time HP Dell.
