The Charles Vögele Group operates no production plants. All clothing is procured from external suppliers. The largest part, some 95 percent, is ordered from manufacturers all over the world and sold as a Charles Vögele in-house brand. By eliminating the intermediate trade, costs are reduced and quality ensured at Charles Vögele's high standard.

Purchasing is centralized at headquarters in Pfäffikon, Switzerland. The company's large professional know how of fashion and technical implementation is concentrated here. Suppliers deliver the merchandise directly and in predetermined amounts to one of the Charles Vögele Group's four distribution centers. Quality control staff checks each delivery upon receipt. After successful completion of the check the merchandise is normally shipped to the branches by local trucking companies once or twice a week.
